Clark, a sophomore psychology major from Las Vegas, Muir, a freshman studying animal and veterinary sciences from Birmingham, Ala., and Slabber, a junior in construction management from Cape Town, South Africa, were valued members of the university community.

University President Ed Seidel and Director of Athletics Tom Burman offered their condolences to the families and friends of the victims, emphasizing the profound impact of the tragedy on the university and its student-athlete community.
